Track Your Cycling Progress

You can use it like a simple diary or maximize your feedback by uploading data from your heart-rate monitor, power meter or GPS device. You'll then be able to use the TrainingPeaks charts and graphs to plot data and monitor your fitness gains over time.
Track Your Nutrition
TrainingPeaks gives you the same superb feedback for nutrition. Simply enter what you eat on a daily basis from their drop-down menu that likely already has the foods you eat. This enters the nutritional information, complete with calories and grams of carbohydrate, protein and fat. You can then plot your progress by the day, week or even the year. If "you are what you eat," now you'll truly know what you are!
Get A Plan
Now that you're recording your training and nutrition, tie it all together with a coaching plan from TrainingPeaks. TrainingPeaks has a vast library of coaching plans, all supplied by expert coaches, so you're sure to find a program that prepares you specifically for every goal. You can also work directly with a coach who can prepare workouts for you — and then monitor your progress based on your input. Or, coach yourself with the TrainingPeaks Virtual Coach function, which supplies workouts based on information and goals that you've input.
Share Your Knowledge
Once TrainingPeaks has turned you into a smooth-running machine, let your friends know how you conquered fitness and nutrition. You can search and share map routes or share a whole workout via Facebook, Twitter or email. You can even pass along the beta (what you've learned) via phone.
